Job Description

  • Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
  • Partner closely with Lead Superintendent on daily execution and planning
  • Oversee subcontractor coordination, compliance, and contract management
  • Lead buyout process, scope development, and subcontractor negotiations
  • Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and project profitability
  • Oversee document control, submittals, RFIs, and procurement tracking
  • Lead change order process from pricing through execution
  • Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Experience with ground-up, wood-frame multifamily construction projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project timelines
  • Proven experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
