Known for its technology-driven approach, the business leverages Procore across project management, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and subcontractor coordination while maintaining a collaborative, close-knit culture.

Job Description

  • Manage 2-4 construction projects valued between $7M-$15M at varying stages
  • Lead budgets, schedules, cost control, and project reporting
  • Coordinate subcontractors, clients, and internal project teams
  • Utilise Procore for project administration, documentation, and communication
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily & Commercial should have:

  • Proven knowledge in multifamily and commercial construction management.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in construction.
