Job Description

  • Manage or support the delivery of a 250-unit ground-up cottage-style townhome community in Charleston, SC.
  • Help drive the project through a 24-month construction schedule, maintaining focus on schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, field teams, and internal leadership throughout construction.
  • Support project planning, procurement, cost control, documentation, scheduling, and overall execution.
  • Build strong relationships with project partners and help resolve issues proactively.
  • Contribute to a collaborative project environment focused on delivering high-quality results.
  • Depending on experience and business needs, support future projects throughout the Southeast, Eastern Seaboard, and Mid-Atlantic.
  • Hybrid or remote flexibility may be available depending on project assignment and travel requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PM should have:

  • Previous construction experience within multifamily, townhome, build-to-rent, or similar residential projects.
  • Ground-up construction experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to schedule, cost, quality, and documentation.
  • Willingness to work on the Charleston project and collaborate closely with field and project teams.
