Job Description

The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction will:

  • Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee quality control and safety standards on all sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
