Job Description

  • Keep project timelines on track to achieve on-time delivery.
  • Monitor expenses closely to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and quickly resolving any issues.

The Successful Applicant



  • Prior experience managing multifamily construction projects, with strong expertise in building codes, safety requirements, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solver, capable of addressing challenges and keeping projects progressing smoothly.
  • Solid understanding of multifamily development processes.
