Job Description

    • Manage field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
    • Oversee subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
    • Drive project delivery from start through completion
    • Coordinate with project management, ownership, and design teams
    • Ensure timelines and budgets are consistently met

The Successful Applicant

    • Experience working on ground-up multifamily or large residential projects
    • Strong understanding of field operations and subcontractor coordination
    • Ability to manage projects ranging from ~$10M up to $60M+
    • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule
