Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of major multifamily construction projects while reporting into a Project Executive and partnering closely with field leadership.

  • Manage multifamily projects typically valued between $60M and $80M from preconstruction through closeout
  • Own project financials, including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, change management, and overall profitability
  • Lead and develop a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager assigned to your project
  • Partner with Superintendent and field teams to maintain schedules, milestones, quality, and safety expectations
  • Manage owner, subcontractor, design-team, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify project risks early and implement solutions that protect schedule and budget
  • Travel approximately 30-40% based on project needs while managing one major project at a time

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Multifamily Construction we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven Project Manager experience within ground-up multifamily construction
  • Experience delivering large-scale market-rate multifamily, student housing, or senior living projects
  • Strong understanding of project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting
  • Ability to clearly articulate your direct responsibility for project financial performance
  • Demonstrated employment stability and a track record of seeing projects through key milestones
  • Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and team-development skills, with a coachable approach to continued growth
