Job Description

* Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
* Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation using Procore
* Coordinate field teams to ensure safety, quality, and project milestones are achieved
* Oversee concrete and Type III/Type V wood-frame construction activities

The Successful Applicant

* Proven Project Manager experience with a multifamily general contractor
* Strong background in concrete and Type III/Type V wood-frame construction
* Advanced proficiency with Procore project management software
* Florida construction experience preferred
* Demonstrated career stability and long-term tenure with previous employers
