Job Description

  • Manage ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day project delivery.
  • Work closely with senior leadership for guidance and mentorship.
  • Support communication between office and field teams to keep projects on track.
  • Use standard construction management tools to track progress and performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of general contracting experience, ideally with exposure to multifamily construction.
  • Comfortable working on ground-up projects in a structured, team-focused environment.
  • Strong communicator who is open to feedback and development.
  • Proficient with common project management tools and systems.
  • Coachable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow into more senior responsibility.
