Job Description

  • Lead ground-up construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, quality, RFIs, and change orders
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents and field leadership
  • Own client communication, meetings, and relationship management
  • Support business development and repeat-client work

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proven delivery of ground-up projects valued at $5M+
  • Experience managing project financials and cost controls
  • Background in multifamily, healthcare, education, or industrial work
  • Collaborative, logical, and family-oriented team player
