Job Description

  • Manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or budgets as needed to meet objectives.
  • Oversee compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and milestones.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure quality standards are met at every phase of the project.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
