Job Description

* Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
* Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reporting
* Support preconstruction planning and transition into upcoming projects

The Successful Applicant

* Experience managing multifamily mid-rise construction projects
* Ability to lead project teams and drive schedule performance
* Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration skills
* Effective communicator with clients, subcontractors, and field staff
* Open to experienced PMs or strong APMs ready for advancement
