The business offers the resources and stability of a large organisation while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where strong performers can make a visible impact.Job DescriptionManage the day-to-day delivery of a 200+ unit, 3-5 storey mixed-use development in Charleston.Take ownership of project execution from preconstruction and mobilisation through construction, closeout and turnover.Coordinate subcontractors, project teams and key stakeholders to maintain schedule, quality and project objectives.Drive issues to resolution quickly and resourcefully, identifying solutions before challenges affect delivery.Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement and overall construction progress.Maintain high standards for quality, safety and operational execution throughout the project.Build strong working relationships with field teams, subcontractors, ownership and project partners.Communicate project status, risks and priorities clearly to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.Provide confident leadership while maintaining a professional, collaborative approach.Report directly to the Project Executive and work closely with an experienced construction leadership team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
