Known for strong client relationships and sustained growth, the organization offers a collaborative environment with clear opportunities for career advancement.Diverse project portfolio ranging from <$1M to $100M+Expanding regional footprint with strong presence in VirginiaHigh repeat business and reputation for long-term client partnershipsJob DescriptionThe Project Manager - Multifamily - NoVA will be responsible for:Leading full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.Coordinating with ownership, design teams, and consultants to align project scope with proforma targets.Managing subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.Developing and maintain detailed project schedules, cost tracking, and cash flow forecasts.Reviewing and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.Ensuring compliance with local codes, permitting requirements, and internal standards.Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.Facilitating weekly project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to all stakeholders.Resolving field issues quickly to minimize impact on cost or schedule.Overseeing project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover to property management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
