Job Description

  • Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Negotiate, award, and administer subcontractor agreements.
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ownership teams.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and communications to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to drive operational excellence and successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead project staff to support professional growth and team performance.
  • Utilize construction technology and management platforms to improve project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Proven experience leading multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project controls.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience leading project teams and mentoring construction professionals.
  • Proficiency with construction management and BIM software.
  • Extensive experience delivering large luxury multifamily developments.
  • Experience with Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to manage complex, multimillion-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders.
