With over 50 years of success, they are a well-established, forward-thinking, people-first firm that values innovation, collaboration, and employee development.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager Will Be Responsible For:Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.Monitor project progress, performance, and quality, proactively addressing issues to keep work on track.Lead project meetings, report status updates, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.Manage project schedules, budgets, and all required documentation to maintain organized records.Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.Support the Project Superintendent in ensuring full compliance with contract documents and project requirements.Provide leadership and oversight to supporting staff, including hiring, training, and directing work assignments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, implement best practices, and perform additional duties as assigned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
