About Our Client

My client is a growing local developer and general contractor with a close-knit team and a strong pipeline of upcoming work throughout the Carolinas. While their construction division is still relatively new, they have quickly established a strong presence in the multifamily space, primarily focused on garden-style apartment projects, with additional work in self-storage and light commercial developments. They are projecting 4-5 new projects over the next 9-12 months and are looking to add to their growing team as they continue to build out their pipeline.

Job Description

  • Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
  • Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M
  • Delivering on time and within budget projects for multifamily clients across Indianapolis
  • Create and maintain the master schedule
  • Assist in preconstruction planning
  • Work alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects
  • Visit sites 1-2 times a month to oversee daily aspects of the job

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of experience having run multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout
  • Several reps within the multifamily or mixed-use space
  • Ability to asssist in project buyout and precon
  • Oversee budgeting for projects
  • Oversee scheduling for projects
  • Run OAC meetings.
  • Construction related degree is a plus
