Project Manager- Multifamily

• Manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols on all job sites.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives and encourage professional development.
