About Our Client

Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Indianapolis area and are looking for Project Managers at all levels of experience to join their growing team. They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.

Job Description

Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M
Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Indianapolis
Create and maintain the master schedule
Assist in preconstruction planning
Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
Work alongside Superintendet and subcontractors to deliver successful projects
Travel occasionally to project sites

The Successful Applicant

3-5+ years working on multifamily projects.
Construction related degree preferred.
Land development experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).
Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
Experience calling subcontractors, soliciting bids / prices
Familiarity with Procore
