Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of municipal construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and teams to maintain project alignment and communication.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and budget forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee procurement and allocation of resources to meet project demands.
  • Foster strong relationships with municipal clients and other key stakeholders.
