Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and have full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major public safety facility.Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all aspects of a $40M ground‑up public sector construction project
  • Managing project financials, cost controls, forecasting, and reporting
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and internal field teams
  • Leading and mentoring a project team of up to five direct reports
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 7-12 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Proven delivery of public sector or public safety construction projects
  • Strong financial acumen managing large, complex construction budgets
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 for schedule management
  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
  • A self‑sufficient leader capable of running projects end‑to‑end
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
