Project Manager - Municipal/public Construction - Hialeah

• Manage all phases of municipal construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and city officials to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction to minimize delays.
• Oversee procurement of materials and vendor relationships.
• Maintain strong communication with all project team members and stakeholders.
