This privately held commercial contractor has been operating for approximately 30 years and specializes in construction management, general contracting, design-build, and preconstruction services.

The company delivers a diverse range of projects, including municipal and government buildings, healthcare, higher education and K-12 schools, defense and aerospace facilities, commercial developments, life science spaces, senior living communities, and other institutional projects. It has built a reputation for precision, collaboration, and delivering complex projects across multiple sectors.

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor project milestones, resolve issues quickly, and prevent potential delays.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.

  • Experience managing municipal or public construction projects with strong technical knowledge.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project time-lines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership for effective coordination with clients and teams
