The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and financial performance of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through close‑out. This role partners closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Description

Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure effective field execution
  • Procure subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage scopes of work
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, and monthly billings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications
  • Drive project close‑out, including punch lists and final documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Background in ground‑up construction, renovations, and/or tenant improvements
  • Strong financial and schedule management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational skills
