Job Description

Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Project Manager will lead multiple commercial construction projects from award through completion.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Lead project planning and execution meetings
  • Maintain client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
  • Review project financial performance and forecasting
  • Manage change orders and project documentation
  • Ensure successful project closeout and turnover

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred
  • 10+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
  • Experience with adaptive reuse, retail, healthcare, office, restaurant, interior, or ground-up projects
  • Strong budgeting and scheduling expertise
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Positive, professional, and collaborative approach
