As a Project Manager in Chantily, you will oversee construction project work and keep activities moving from planning through delivery. You will coordinate project priorities to help the business complete work to scope and schedule.
  • Annual bonus + milestone bonuses
  • Up to 20 days (4 weeks) of PTO per year.

My client is a family-owned premier builder located in Gaithersburg, MD. Currently hiring for a project manager with New Construction and K-12 experience for a project in Chantilly VA.

Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initial planning through completion.
  • Set project plans, milestones, and schedules to keep work on track.
  • Coordinate project activities across construction teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and address issues that affect delivery.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, updates, and records.
  • Monitor project scope and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate materials, vendors, and site activities as needed for project delivery.
  • Report project status, risks, and next steps to business partners.

  • Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Experience building and maintaining project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple project activities and priorities.
  • Experience tracking project scope, progress, and changes.
  • Clear communication skills for sharing project updates with stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate project documentation and records.
