• Manage large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.
• Oversee project planning and execution.
• Assist with budgeting and cost controls.
• Coordinate consultants and design teams.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements.
• Manage project schedules.
• Track construction progress and reporting.
• Review project documents and drawings.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local building requirements.
• Support project closeout documentation.
