Job Description

* Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation

* Utilize Procore to track project performance, reporting, and communication

* Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

* Support ground-up and renovation projects, including specialized modernization work

The Successful Applicant

* 3+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor

* Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects

* Strong proficiency with Procore

* Ground-up construction experience required; elevator project exposure highly preferred

* Collaborative, reliable professional with strong communication and organizational skills
