Project Manager / Owners Rep - Healthcare Construction

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and project team, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
• Oversee design development, contractor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure adherence to project goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address project challenges and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality control.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders as needed.
