They specialize in delivering high-quality projects and are committed to maintaining excellence in their services and project outcomes.Job DescriptionProject Leadership & ExecutionManage all phases of construction for CAPEX projects within active pharma/healthcare facilitiesOversee subcontractors, field teams, and consultants to ensure successful project deliveryMaintain schedule, budget, and quality control benchmarksMEP & Technical OversightLead coordination and execution of complex MEP scopes (HVAC, clean rooms, process systems, electrical infrastructure)Ensure systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with GMP, FDA, and regulatory requirementsWork closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challengesClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for a global pharmaceutical client accountCoordinate with client stakeholders, facilities teams, and end usersProvide regular reporting, updates, and project visibilityCompliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to all site-specific safety protocols and regulatory requirementsManage work in fully operational environments, minimizing disruption to ongoing operationsSupport validation, commissioning, and turnover processesProject ControlsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processesTrack costs, schedules, and project performance metricsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
