About Our Client

My client is an established design-build general contractor local to the Indianapolis area. They focus on a variety of commercial projects including a large presence in automotive, dealership, local repair shop, and church work. They have a very collaborative culture focused of problem solving, growth, and focusing on helping clients do better.

This team does $80M annually in revenue, has over 80% repeat business with their clients, and focuses on long term hires.

Job Description

  • Lead design-build commercial projects from inception through completion
  • Work directly with leadership to drive growth across Indy
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction across commercial, educaton, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven ability to run projects valued at $10M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
