Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support their growing pipeline of public projects. The PM will lead the management of Large Ground-Up public school projects from their Waltham MA Office. This role offers hands-on experience in managing large-scale, ground-up construction while providing direct exposure to leadership.

Job Description

  • Plan construction project activities, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate project work to keep tasks aligned with agreed plans.
  • Track project progress and address issues that affect delivery.
  • Communicate project updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules to support timely completion of work.
  • Coordinate resources needed to complete construction activities.
  • Maintain project records and document key decisions.
  • Review completed work against project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Experience building and managing project schedules.
  • Experience coordinating project activities and resources.
  • Ability to track progress and resolve delivery issues.
  • Ability to communicate clear project updates to stakeholders.
  • Experience maintaining accurate project documentation.
