The company has built a reputation for strong client relationships, operational excellence, and creating an environment where employees can grow and make a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from planning through final completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and project teams.Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and change orders.Monitor project financials, ensuring profitability and cost control.Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and schedule impacts.Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.Maintain strong client communication throughout all phases of construction.Drive successful project closeout, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and final reporting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
