Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate healthcare and commercial construction projects from initial scope through completion.
  • Set project schedules, track milestones and address changes to keep delivery on course.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor costs to maintain financial control.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep site activities aligned.
  • Review project plans, specifications and progress updates to support accurate execution.
  • Communicate project status, risks and next steps with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve delivery issues as they arise.
  • Maintain clear project records to support handovers and close-out activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Raleigh Healthcare & Commercial Construction should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and commercial construction project delivery.
  • Ability to build and manage project schedules, budgets and milestone plans.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
  • Confidence reviewing plans, specifications and project documentation.
  • Ability to identify project issues and keep delivery activities moving.
