The organisation offers a collaborative culture, long employee tenure, and significant growth opportunities within a thriving regional operation.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Project Manager are:Manage multiple construction projects throughout the Triangle region, with regular site visits and limited office presence.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.Lead project planning, execution, and closeout activities while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Drive project meetings, action items, and follow-up activities to keep projects on track.Monitor project risks and proactively forecast outcomes, challenges, and solutions.Oversee submittal logs, RFI logs, project documentation, and compliance requirements.Support an initial interior finishes project at a major pharmaceutical facility scheduled through December/January.Collaborate closely with leadership on project delivery and operational success.Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.If interested, please apply using the link below.
