Job Description

  • Manage all phases of residential construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Sanford.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
