Job Description

  • Manage multiple small retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, and project partners
  • Track costs, contracts, pay applications, and change orders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and built to quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents to resolve field issues efficiently

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Direct experience managing small retail projects in the $500K-$2M range
  • Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to manage multiple local projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Retail construction experience and fast-track project exposure preferred
