Project Manager - Retail Construction

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes on-site.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.
