Job Description

  • Manage retail construction projects from planning through closeout.
  • Lead all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
  • Monitor project costs and maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with project forecasting and risk management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong experience managing ground-up retail construction projects preferred.
  • Experience with interior renovations, remodels, and tenant improvement projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
