Known for delivering quality projects, maintaining long-standing client relationships, and fostering a collaborative culture, they have built a strong reputation for executing both ground-up developments and interior renovations on time and within budget.Job DescriptionManage retail construction projects from planning through closeout.Lead all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.Monitor project costs and maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Assist with project forecasting and risk management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
