Project Manager - Retail Design Build - NoVa

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely progress.
• Oversee budget management and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project.
• Foster strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and team members.
