Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take full responsibility for the successful execution of assigned retail projects.

  • Manage multiple retail projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost controls for projects valued $500k-$2m
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants
  • Lead client communication and manage expectations throughout the build
  • Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
  • Drive projects to completion on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial or retail construction
  • Track record delivering projects in the $500k-$2m range
  • Experience with retail fit‑outs, remodels, or small ground‑up projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Project or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
