Job Description

In this Building and Construction Project Manager - Rochester role, you will:

  • Manage project budgets, scheduling, and execution
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership and internal teams
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and project documents
  • Track costs, change orders, and financial performance
  • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Rochester should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager in construction
