Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will manage all phases of assigned projects while leading teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead project execution from contract award through warranty closeout
  • Manage client relationships and align project delivery with contract requirements
  • Coordinate estimating, scheduling, reporting, and value engineering for self-performed concrete scopes
  • Establish project goals related to safety, schedule, financial performance, and quality
  • Oversee contract documents, change orders, and field work authorizations
  • Develop staffing plans and allocate resources across all project phases
  • Establish subcontract scopes, agreements, and performance expectations
  • Lead pre-bid, pre-installation, and coordination meetings with internal teams and trade partners
  • Monitor jobsite safety and proactively address risks or unsafe behaviors
  • Track project financials, analyze costs, and prepare monthly internal and external reports

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong experience with self-performed concrete or structural scopes
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Connections with top general contractors in the DMV preferred
