Job Description

  • Manage multiple small retail projects simultaneously ($500K-$2M range)
  • Lead projects from estimating and buy‑out through completion and close‑out
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Review drawings, scopes, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Conduct job meetings and communicate progress with clients and field teams
  • Ensure quality control, safety standards, and code compliance
  • Track costs, approve invoices, and manage project documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in retail or light commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing smaller, high‑volume projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finishes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with construction/project management software
