An established commercial contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead a high-profile healthcare-related new construction project in South Dade. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery from site development through completion while working closely with executive leadership.

Our client is a multi-generational, privately owned general contractor with a long-standing presence in South Florida. The company specializes in education, healthcare, and commercial construction, delivering both occupied renovations and ground-up projects valued up to $30M+, with select flagship projects exceeding that range.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of a $60M-$70M ground-up construction project
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
  • Coordinate preconstruction, procurement, construction, and project closeout activities
  • Lead documentation, change management, and project reporting processes
  • Partner with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, and schedule performance

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale new construction projects
  • Background in education, healthcare, or institutional construction
  • Experience with tilt-wall construction projects preferred
  • Based in Miami-Dade County or able to work locally
