Job Description

* Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout

* Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project reporting

* Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams

* Lead project meetings and drive issue resolution proactively

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of South Florida construction experience

* Background with a general contractor, not an owner's rep or developer

* Experience on Type I mid-rise or high-rise construction projects

* Demonstrated tenure completing projects from start to finish

* Procore or comparable construction management software experience
