Project Manager - Southern Suburbs

• Manage municipal and infrastructure construction projects.
• Coordinate project schedules and budgets.
• Administer public contracts and documentation.
• Work closely with agency representatives.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Track project costs and forecasting.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications.
• Lead owner meetings and progress reporting.
• Process change orders and claims.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Support project closeout activities.
