Our client stands as a General Contractor recognized for their mastery in executing premium ventures across the country. They specialize in large projects across both the Federal and Commercial markets. The company has a self-perform concrete division responsible for packages up to $30M in value, but averaging $3M - $5M each. This division is looking to add a qualified Project Manager who can immediately impact the business by managing three projects totaling $20M in value.

Job Description

  • Supervise all direct responsibilities of the jobsite staff from a documentation perspective
  • Supervise submittal and RFI processes
  • Oversee coordination of material deliveries
  • Oversee job close-out requirements
  • Support jobsite safety enforcement
  • Develop and manage project schedules
  • Track and report project progress
  • Monitor and control project costs
  • Enforce risk management parameters established by the Project Executive
  • Manage change orders and support dispute resolution

The Successful Applicant

  • Bacheor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
  • 3+ years of experience post-graduation within the Construction Project Management industry
  • Self-Perform Concrete experience is not required, but is helpful
  • Ability to utilize Auto Desk, ProCore, Bluebeam, Excel, and other relevant or new softwares as needed
  • Passion for building relationships
  • Desire to grow career in Huntsville
