They support critical infrastructure projects that enhance grid reliability, expand capacity, and facilitate the transition to a modern energy network.Job DescriptionManage transmission and substation projects ranging from 12kV through 500kV from planning through construction and commissioning.Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, environmental, permitting, procurement, and construction personnel.Serve as the primary point of contact for utility, renewable energy, and industrial clients.Monitor project financial performance, forecasts, and profitability.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Coordinate engineering deliverables and ensure adherence to client requirements and quality standards.Oversee projects involving 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 230kV, 345kV, and 500kV transmission lines and substations.Support contract negotiations, change management, and scope modifications.Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.Support proposal development, business development efforts, and client relationship management.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.Assist with construction support, field issue resolution, and project closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
