Job Description

* Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover

* Manage project budgets, schedules, buyout, and cost controls

* Oversee subcontractor administration, change management, and project documentation

* Coordinate with field teams, clients, consultants, and ownership groups

* Drive quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance objectives

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Project Manager experience and 10+ years of total construction experience preferred

* Experience delivering retail, grocery, big-box, or mixed-use projects

* Strong skills in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and change management

* Procore proficiency and strong subcontractor management experience

* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

$120,000 - $130,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
